In Search of Exquisite Service

It is with great pleasure we begin this blog – a quest for exquisite service. Every day, millions of people are serviced at a great many locations; great experiences create memories while poor experiences go into the record books as meltdowns. Everybody remembers their experience if it falls on either end of this “service spectrum” but only the most discerning entities care enough to etch their encounters right here in the eternal retrospection of this blog.

And so it is, with countless hours of exposure scrawled into our Field Notes Brand Notebooks, we promise to deliver the most gentlemanly interpretations of events possible. That being said, expect high standards and acute attention to detail.
